Officially released recordings

Zappa (and the ZFT) released 71 tracks recorded during this tour, on 8 different albums.
These tracks are taken from 19 different locations (and about 26 gigs).
Actually, as you can also see here, most of the recordings come from the Bismarck Theater in Chicago (two shows on November 23), the Universal Amphitheater at Universal City in Los Angeles (one show on December 23), The Pier in New York City (where was also shoot Does Humor Belong In Music? - two shows on 25 and 26 August), the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver (two shows on December 18) and The Paramount Theatre in Seattle.
As quite usual, is from the very end of the tour that Zappa choose most of the recordings to be released on his albums.

The following tables detail for every album and every track:

Disclaimer
Zappa being a great "scissor master" you can be sure that many of his officially released live recordings, even if don't contain over-dubs, are heavily edited, sometimes from different performances, sometimes even from different tours and bands. Information here is as accurate as possible. Let me know if you know something I don't!

Official video releases

Does Humor Belong In Music? (originally released as videotape in 1985, released as DVD in 2003) contains footage from the August 26 performance (at The Pier in New York City). It includes a good number of songs, of which only a few are fully released on legit albums. Please note that none of the recordings included in the video are released in the album with the same name and vice versa.

Songs contained in DHBIM video:

DHBIM video contains also very partial versions of the following songs:
