1982 05 22 Düsseldorf Last Encore 8.38 Aud sample (Chunga's Revenge)
Here a sample from the missing Last Encore: The Illinois Enema Bandit. Without any Audience before and
after it's around 8.38 minutes.
It needs speed correction.
Sound is a bit muffled.

Solo is played on the Mini-Strat! cooler

On my HD or at home I can't find the seeded show anymore, so I want to ask you guys to compare sound and if it's
maybe worth to go for the complete show from my tapes.

According to the Catalogue:
1982 05 22 Düsseldorf, Germany - Aud 130min B+
on the tracker : 1982 05 22 Dusseldorf Germany 120.45 AUD (captainbongo) seeded 2006-03-26
note: unknown gen, last track is missing - a complete version, heavily nr, is available on TDK vault
(124.46 - Enema Bandit only is 9.24)

According to FZ Shows:
22-May 1982, Philipshalle, Düsseldorf, West Germany
126 min, Aud, B+
Zoot Allures, Dancin' Fool, RDNZL, Advance Romance, You Are What You Is, Mudd Club, The Meek Shall Inherit Nothing,
Alien Orifice, Harder Than Your Husband, Bamboozled By Love, Let's Move To Cleveland, (incl. Is That All There Is?),
Tinseltown Rebellion, Approximate, Cosmik Debris, Sinister Footwear, Stevie's Spanking, King Kong, Sofa, Bobby Brown,
No No Cherry, Man From Utopia, The Illinois Enema Bandit

History:
Around 24 years ago I made a copy of the Düsseldorf tapes from a friend who got it in a trade. So I'm not sure which
gen this is, but it must be an early one.

Lineage:
It's raw from my tape. I only Normalized volume.
Tape TDK SA90 Aud > Nakamichi CR-1E 2-Head deck > Sound Blaster Live! 24 bit > SoundForge 6.0 recording wav.file >
SF 6.0 normalizing volume > SF 6.0 tracking > SF 6.0 editing > Flac Frontend level 8 flac.files > you

Line Up:
FZ, Ray White, Tommy Mars, Chad Wackerman, Ed Mann, Bobby Martin, Scott Thunes, Steve Vai.

01 The Illinois Enema Bandit ------- SAMPLE

My tapes:
* raw
* Bit noisy and or muffled sound B/B+

Oh yes ... suggested speed correction: -180 cts (!!)

I would also recommend a phase delay adjustment. The whole sample sounds like it's coming way too much from the right.
Moving the left channel about 22-24 samples ahead should do the trick. Wink
