I can't wait to hear this show.
I hadn't noticed until today that this show took place on Bastille day.
Coincidence?
I think not... Wink

Thank you walk!
Thank you flambay!

Nice post!! thumbsup

HOWEVER...

Are we completely sure that Sofa is from this show? There seems to be a splice in between Marqueson's and Sofa (Marqueson's ends with the "ditta-did-DA" downbeat that King Kong begins with, and there seems to be a split second of silence or something in between the tracks. Sofa also seems to have been recorded a lot closer than MQ). Given that the Italy crowds in 82 made a pretty consistant ruckus, is it possible that this was patched in from another Italy show? Or, failing that, that this is an incomplete tape?

And, in regards to the riots.... I'll break the ice Very Happy : Does anyone know what these riots were about? I remember reading that it had something to do with the soccer team winning the Big Game - but was completely unable to Google any incidental newspaper articles. Just another passing day in Italy, or what? hmm
