alexphoenix1 requested this one

Don't buy this stuff - just download and have fun

Live in Amsterdam 1971 - 1971 11 27 Rotterdam LP (Fish)

Live in Amsterdam 1971 (LP)
The Ahoy, Rotterdam, 27-Nov-1971

Sound quality: better than Poot-Face Booogie (Aud B+?)
Length: 41:50 (according to the cover)
Label: Winds Records ZPP 1A/B

Musicians: Frank Zappa, Mark Volman, Howard Kaylan, Jim Pons, Aynsley Dunbar, Don Preston and Ian Underwood

A concert from Rotterdam with the title "Live in Amsterdam" - without words - bootleggers Mad

Tau Analyzer has analyzed this bootleg as not MPEG sourced - so here it is:

CDR>EAC (all tracks 100%)>WAV>FLAC Frontend 8> FLAC

This track list was confirmed in March 1999:

1. Peaches en Regalia (03:21)
2. Tears Began to Fall (02:45)
3. She Painted Up Her Face (06:41) [including "Half a Dozen Provocative Squats" and "Shove It Right In"]
4. Who Are the Brain Police? (06:45)
5. Sofa (11:28 ) [including "Once Upon a Time", with the line "Geef mij wat vloerbedekking onder deze vette zwevende sofa" in Dutch]
6. Stick It Out (10:22) [early version]

The labels are white; the front cover shows Zappa with his guitar; the back has two pictures of band members: one from a train or bus, one possibly from backstage. The address given to Winds Records is "Winds Records, Kentish Town Road, S5 7UF Yorkshire, Sheffield". The track list on the cover is not correct, running "Peaches en Regalia", "Tears Began to Fall", "She Painted Up Her Face", "Who Are the Brain Police?", "Presentation", "'Geef mij wat vloerbedekking onder deze vette zwevende sofa'", "Sofa (Dutch Version)", "Streck Ihn Aus / Stick It Out (Early Version)" and "Medley Unrealize".

Info is from : http://www.lukpac.org/~handmade/patio/bootlegs/concert_boots1971-1975.html#liveinamsterdam

Artwork is not included - sorry

Have fun! Mr. Green

Fish

Thanks Fish. I have the No Commercial Potential vinyl (my first bought bootleg album). Curious how this compares.

yw Very Happy These bootleggers often sell a concert twice or more often - another argument to spread these records this way Wink

No Commercial Potential was a reissue double of Poot Face Boogie & Safe Muffinz from the same plates as those 2 earlier-released single albums from TAKRL.

This seed is from the ORIGINAL Dutch bootleg that PFB was a copy of - so it's most certainly an upgrade!

This is definitely my transfer. I seeded it here in May last year. Look at the info file. I compared the sizes and they are identical (244 Mb). This is a reseed, not a new one.
Since the lineage is CDR>..... I think the original lineage-source (vinyl>audicleanic>flac) should be
added. Moreover I think one shouldn't add his name to the title of a torrent if that version has been seeded here before by someone else....what do you think?

Live in Amsterdam 1971 (LP)

The Ahoy, Rotterdam, 27-Nov-1971
Frank Zappa, Mark Volman, Howard Kaylan, Jim Pons, Aynsley Dunbar, Don Preston and Ian Underwood

deze vette zwevende sofa" in Dutch]
6) Stick It Out (10:22) [early version]

Sound quality: better than Poot-Face Booogie
Length: 39:14
Label: Winds Records ZPP 1A/B

Originally issued in the Netherlands as In Europe by WorldWhite Productions (WWA 13), with two
variant covers
Re-issued in the US, with bonus tracks, as Poot Face Booogie by The Amazing Kornyphone Record
Label (TAKRL 1909)
Re-issued slightly differently as Live in Amsterdam 1971 by Winds Records (ZPP 1A/B), with better
sound on the Rotterdam tracks than Poot-Face Booogie

The labels are white; the front cover shows Zappa with his guitar; the back has two pictures of
band members: one from a train or bus, one possibly from backstage. The address given to Winds
Records is "Winds Records, Kentish Town Road, S5 7UF Yorkshire, Sheffield". The track list on the

and "Medley Unrealize".
