This is a reseed from Trader's Den. I wasn't going to seed
it, because it's on Beyond the Fringe of Audience Comprehension.
But one person requested it and so maybe some others want it.
If anyone has Beyond the Fringe..., it would probably be better.

Original Info file:
Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention
200 Motels outtakes 124MB

A Panda Production

1970
studio> unknown transfer> cassette (x)>cdr(0)>EAC>cooledit>FLAC

1. What Will This Morning Bring Me This Evening
2. What Kind of Girl Do You Think we Are
3. Bwana Dik
4. Daddy Daddy Daddy (not soundtrack version)
5. Do You Like My New Car?
6. Magic Fingers (not soundtrack version)
7. What Will This Evening Bring Me This Morning?
(same as soundtrack version--deleted)

Notes: some static in Magic Fingers (on my tape)
Magic Fingers does not have the twisted "Jeff Beck's tennis shoes"
coda as on the OST. I have left the approx 30sec instr. piece that
links WWTEBMTM to Magic Fingers, even though technically it could be
considered part of WWTEBMTM.

A Panda Production means it was sonically restructured. This tape was double cursed--
no top end and shitloads of hiss. Did the best I could to resolve both
problems. A few level problems were rectified.

I love this recording. Anyone ever figure this one out? There is some definate accoustic guitar overdubbage at the begining of "Daddy Daddy Daddy", I think. I've never heard it "officially" described as 200 Motels Outakes...but I imagine this was recorded before the movie was secured...but who knows it's original purpose for being???...I'd like it cleared up. And I'm always hungry for stories about where these recordings came from..those stories, which are worth telling have always intrigued me. I'd love to see a private history of that sort of thing, but I can understand some person's reticence to reveal themeselves or others.

I think "Beyond the Fringe of Audience Comprehension" was seeded awhile back. I'd reseed a tracked version, but GreenPanther seeds have been banned for eternity, from what I know. This one doesn't sound too bad, really. My version is pitched higher than yours, so maybe I need to slow mine down a bit. I'll have to check. Thanks.
I didn't think WWTEBMTM was the same as the soundtrack version, but I could be wrong.

I have a version I traded IdiotBastard for, so I'll put up some samples of one of the same tracks for a version comparison and a Side II selection. And WWTEBMTM is DIFFERENT!!!! Oh, and besides the full Groupie Opera, there's SPACE BOY--super rare!

I found it during a simple web search for FZ pics a couple of months ago.
