Thank you.

By the way, Matt Groening is in the lineage and may have been the taper. The guy I got it from got his copy from Groening in 1973.

Big thanks to ZFT and Joe Travers for putting this out for release
as per that Rollo RSD 2017 vinyl disc.

Wow! Is this a post-Gail love-fest?
BTW I don't know what the rsd contribution was this year (shame on me) but in a more general sense I'd just like to say that while the resurgence in vynil is to be applauded it is absolutely pointless if the recording has been made in the digital domain. While it may have tha appearance of sounding better than the CD it is nevertheless a vynil copy of the CD. AAA is the only thing that matters and what you should look for.

Yes, it's surely pointless "if" this vinyl single has been made in the digital domain -
but the two recordings of the A and B side are currently availabe on this RSD single only.

As far as I know, it's not documented if it was produced all analogue, but nearly all newly
released UMe vinyl albums are made AAA.

Rollo (RSD 2017 Single vs. Little Dots) - The track "Rollo" is a complete different edit ...

wow! I'm not sure if I totally understood the description (I'm still into a very cloudy disfonctionality) but if the RSD is included in this audience transfer! then wow wow wow wow!!!

I knew for "Rollo RSD" but didn't know what was the B side. There has been a lot of RSD : Pink Floyd Interstellar Overdrive 1966 demo (already knew from a free-fan DVD but here this was remastered by Andy Jackson (and apparently not from the master) - a 1 side vinyl only, 2 Bowie LPs: Cracked Actor (amazing but we knew it) and Bowpromo (only Bowie's side, not Dana Gillespie...)... not to mention the Beatles Strawberry Fields/Penny Lane (remastered?) in order to put us on the mood for the upcoming Pepper & Ice Water box set set...
well so much interesting stuff, but I don't have the gear to make a good needledrop...

I've noticed that some of these RSD have some download tickets or could be get via iTunes but........ in lossy format only (I thought that iTunes had a lossless format (ALAC?) now...)

Since "Little Dots" CD came out with this epic guitar/solo improvisation around the James Bond chord (or P.Gunn) I play it over and over and was wondering yesterday why not a complete Wazoo 72 box set like Bob Dylan is doing for every year (1966 now)

so thank you thank you thank you!!!

Le 1er Mai avec Frank Zappa and a Wazoo show, it can't be better a better way to celebrate, my neighbors will be really happy!!!!

I've always been so fond of this performance of Little Dots with this epic ending at approx.13minutes (I think that they did the same chord progression on another gig with a frantic rhythm guitar playing by Frank Zappa and here we have some superb trumpets and other wazooesque solo) - I can hear a bit of Dear Prudence chords here (Zappa) at approx.13 minutes ? I was a bit disappointed that the official "Little Dots" CD didn't have this particular part. I love how Tony Duran was playing some amazing guitar-slide parts.... Sometimes it reminds me a little bit when Clapton and Lennon were doing the riff of Don't Worry Kyoko...
But well, that was the purpose of these Wazoo shows... Each show was different...
