I have been a member here for quite a few months and have acquired some wonderful material; many thanks! I do not really understand how 'Orphanz" works, but I have opened torrents that are not currently seeded and SOMEONE out there keeps helping me out. This has been especially great with the GSW project, which has been fantastically exciting for me. So again, I just want to throw out a big THANKS to any and all individuals have have been facilitating my Zappa interests. The internets have really made seeking out new FZ material a whole hell of a lot easier!

By the way, I am especially interested in band interviews. I have heard the 1996 LA ones; Bobby, Tom Fowler (kind of a grumpy guy!), Tommy and Arthur. If there is more out there to be had I would like to hear it. Also, anything by Tommy Mars. I bought the last two, the Larsen one and the Marvista Orchestra and came across a Miles Tribute project, too. I know that's a lot, but I'd be interested in anything else floating around out there, also.

Thanks,

Isn't it great when a new thread breeds new life into some of these older torrents.

...just one more thought: can it be a "real-life" idea to contact Joe Travers and ask him to find this compilation and release it? It would be a beautiful guitar album, right befor the Shut Up box... I'd love it! It seems to be a finished album, most of the material is unreleased - and beautiful.

Stupid idea?
