Sorry, kids, but there seems to be an issue with the size dimensions of this layout.
The covers come out slightly undersized. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

See below for details:

Downloaded, printed, cutted and foldet (the normal old Zappateers Template).

I have no problems - it fits nearly perfect in a jewelcase.

I guess, maybe your program has a problem with the interpretation of the correct units.
The file "CD Cover - CD_Back.psd" has the following overall measures: 150,34 x 117,74 mm at 266 dpi.

So, it's important that your units in your program are preset to mm and dpi.
(Proportion check by pixel: 1575 x 1233 pixels)

Printing of course in 100 %, no resize.

Apart from this, I normally create my CD artwork with my own, just very basic template.
The composition and the typography aka the design, are customized, anyway. Wink

I agree with your remark "it fits nearly perfect in a jewelcase"
Made another try with with these settings
Overall measures 150,34 x 117,74 at 266 dpi
Preset in mm and dpi
Pixels at 1575 x 1233 ( has nothing to do with the overall measures )
After printing, I got next resolt:
Back cover:
Width: 1,5 mm too small
Height: 1,0 mm too small
Front cover
Width: 4,0 mm too small
Height: 2,0 mm too small
The covers fits in the jewel-case, but they shift in it by opening the case especially with double ones
It is my attitude ( or call it bad habit ) when creating something, to do it as perfect as possible
Give it a try with my dimensions and please let me know your findings

Precisely why I have said "Proportion check".

BTW, maybe you overdo things, even some printed industrial covers doesn't fit perfectly.
Although, 4 mm inaccuracy at the front cover seems to be a bit too much.

Good remark concerning industrial covers
They all have different dimensions ( depending which printing company did the job )
Some off them are even too big and do not fit at all
That's the reason I made my own and then noticed there are differences

Yes, not quite the issue, but the cover paper of the new European 2012 UMe remasters
are so thin/sheer, that after some time they tend to become uneven/wavy -
and that's a real bother!

All of those measurements check out, but still, the covers I print out are way too small.
As I have mentioned in the previous thread, I use Gimp to create covers. So, I'll guess you're right, Pittylabelle, the Gimp program is not interpreting the Photoshop templates properly. Darn. Sad

Pittylabelle, thank you for your feedback with this issue.
