Got the okay from Flambay to upload this one without submitting samples.
Here's the info text included in torrent:

FRANK ZAPPA & THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION
Thee Image Club, Miami, Florida
February 8th 1969

Very good audience recording
Tape length: 60 minutes

AUD > ? > CASS/1 > Marantz Professional PMD510 tape deck to M-Audio Audiophile 2496 soundcard > WAV (Audacity software) > FLAC (Trader's Little Helper software)

1) My Guitar Wants To Kill Your Mama
2) Those Lonely Lonely Nights
3) Frank ridicules heckler
4) The Orange County Lumber Truck Medley
5) Toads of the Short Forest
6) All Night Long
7) Bacon Fat
8) Gregorian Chant
9) Little House I Used To Live In
10) Interlude
11) Pachuko Hop
12) Behind The Sun

I originally seeded this on DIME recently, but would like to share here
too. This info file has been edited for the Zappateers tracker.
Thanks to Flambay for contacting me, who informed me this is in need of
speed correction... maybe someone here can work on it. This is a certified 1st
generation copy transferred to tape from master cassette myself. Tape is getting old
time to get it out there!!
Hope to have a surprise for everyone later if this goes well.
Enjoy and annoy,
Bluesdevil

Ha, realized I didn't need to list "Frank Zappa" in the thread description title. Please let me know if I'm following protocol okay or not elsewhere in this torrent/announcement.

An instrumental My guitar, a new recording of Interlude, more R&B oldies... thanks a lot bluesdevil! Very Happy

PS: Maybe track 1 could be split into two different ones: My guitar... itself and the improvisation.

The downbeat chord at 4:00 sounds like a closing one, and what follows sounds like an improvised number on its own, rather than an extension to the song.

(Anyway, this is just my guess.)

I agree, but I also thought that in this case we could hazard a guess.
We have a standard structure: theme - solos - theme. The composition - in a strictly musical way - ends on that chord, as on The Ark. When an impro follows, like on the Appleton tape, I think it's better to have it as a separate track because there's no thematic/structural relation to the preceding song, so we can think of that impro as a separate section (or "module").
But, as I told before, this is just my personal guess. Smile
