Hi, everyone. This is my first posting.
It's a really tasty treat. Nov. 17 1974. I've not been trading for that long, so until recently I didn't know ( I'm not so sure I do now)what things like AUD>?, so I didn't bother to get that information, but now that I do I'm sure to keep better care. I'm sorry I don't have too much information on it. My connection is rather slow, so once again I must appologize, I don't think it should be a problem once enough people have it.

All I do know is this:

17-Nov 1974, The Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA
147 min, SBD, A+/A
Stinkfoot, RDNZL, Village Of The Sun, Echidna's Arf, Don't You Ever Wash That Thing?, Penguin In Bondage, T'mershi Duween, Dog Meat, Building A Girl, Dinah-Moe Humm, Camarillo Brillo, Oh No, Son Of Orange County, More Trouble Every Day (incl. Any Downers? riff), Babbette, Approximate, Montana, Yellow Snow Suite, Pygmy Twylyte, Room Service, Tush Tush Tush

As I recall, I'm sure you all have stories about people whose kindness leads you to discover much more of Zappa's great music. Here is my small contribution. Thanks to you all for having this site going. I've looking for something like this for a long time.

P.S. Please let me know if you have any problems, suggestions, tips, hints etc.

Hello Alyks,
I would like to thank you for your contribution, and I know many folks in this community appreciate it as well.

There is however one small problem, myself along with 4 other people own this master tape. It is from the Dick Barber series of tapes we purchased and released to the Zappa community back in 1991.

Unlike Dime a Dozen and other torrent sites, this site has a sample section to post samples for Quality & Completeness.
There is also a seperate section for Q&C.

Please delete your torrent because I do not think anybody will download it because:
1. everybody has this show already or
2. everybody is waiting for me to re-release it all digitally mixed

Another one...........nice way to wake up in the morning.

Perhaps there are other better/as good/almost as good/ or just plain other versions...........but hey lets all make our own minds up on which one we want, all versions are worth a listen to...........And yes the Q&C stamp is there to help people out , but we cant Q&C stamp without something to compare to first.

thankyou thankyou and thankyou

One of these I must start putting my stuff up here. Thanks for the show! I would grab this, you never know if another will turn up or not? Plus if released in 91, the tapes are already old, whose to say whose tape held up better??

My 3rd gen of this is one from the Dick Barber batch DOES NOT have the greatest sound like some of the others. The levels are a little low. Hopefully Bruce's master is a better copy.

Apparently at least 50 people disagree with bburnett. I, along with them, will be more than happy to have this show. As for "waiting for (bburnett) to re-release it all digitally mixed", some of us prefer the shows unadulterated but bring it on and let us decide for ourselves. Thank you Alyks for posting your version and don't let one user's opinion get you down!

TDK: 41,000+ Zappa files online 24/7 including this show when it's finished.

Since I have the weekend free I'll work on this show.

I just have 1 question (not to anyone in particular):

"Why do we have a sample section if people refuse to use it???"

Go ahead and DL this show, I know my copy sounds better than any copy out there.

My good friend jaypfunk is about unleash a boatload of my 74' masters, so you'll hear the quality difference in the first few notes.
