Do not miss this one! Even though the Einstein boot is excellent. IMHO this has a better higher end, and better stereo separation. Plus no analog FM compression. In about a year i may update this with a direct vinyl transfer. It's such a valuable item though I'm hesitant to do so. In about a year I plan on transferring and getting rid of my vinyl collection, so I will reconsider at that time. I'm not set up for transfers of vinyl yet. Instead of waiting. I thought we all could enjoy this now. A transfer from a cassette I did years ago. Plus i may decide not to do the vinyl transfer. This is very good, and I do not want to damage this rare item. This was archived as a complete air check. If you wish, you can skip the commercials and just listen, or burn to disc the music. Wow, what a show this was!
I consider this a pre-fm version. So it was put in Radio shows. Variants of the vinyl exist. Major owners like ABC may have used this as a master to make copies on reel, and even vinyl to give out to affiliates. Known variants exist.

Thanks Drew! This is one of my favorite FZ radio events from the old days when you didn't have much to choose from in the way of crispy live shows. I recorded this off the radio when it happened, but who knows where that tape went. I have The Xmas Flower Hour boot and Things Wayne Newton...So I sure am looking forward to hearing this one.
Thanks to Mr F and Mrbuzby as well...what a team !!
Viva La Zappateers!

I will contact my lawyer soon. There must be a way to force zappateers to buy me a second bigger harddisc.
It´s definately the fault of you guys, that I do need one.

I don't have a picture right now, but will certainly take one when this goes up for sale. When i do a direct vinyl transfer I will take photos, scan cue sheets, and note matrix numbers.

And of course: Thank you very much indeed for making this gem available, drew.

I could post scans of my LPs too, if you like.
