> honestly i dont know about Stella Artois

has been a popular beer in North America, in Canada anyway, one of the more readily available European imports, next to Becks and Heineken. Interestingly, it's not particularly representative of Belgian beer, which tends to be quite unusual. Of course here it is a reference to what happens throughout the show. Right at the beginning one of the members is introduced as Stella Artois (who is it?), and later, when the drummer is having problems with his kit, Frank asks George to start off on a synthesizer, a tune he calls Music For Broken Drum and Stella Artois. One of the moments when George whips it out, and a lovely little jam, unfortunately incomplete. Stella might have been a sponsor of the show; one can imagine the adds prominently displayed (just like in this thread). Very nicely done CheepnisAroma. What else can I say? Cheers.

globual

PS and on that topic, I recently found out that Leilani is (or used to be) a brand of Hawaian rum. Sweet Leilani? A song about the evils of drinking alcohol, where a sweet dancing tune turns into a Varesian chaos?
