I sampled this out, files are the same as samples. If you downloaded samples all you have to do is rename them. Delete The FFP file. i made a new one. Though numbers will match.
Rename files like this:

awq8505xx-WDC - 01 Interview.flac
awq8505xx-WDC - 02 Times Beach III.flac
awq8505xx-WDC - 03 Times Beach II.flac

Or you could just keep what you have, no changes made, none.

You might want this info file though..here it is....

The Aspen Wind Quintet
The Elizabeth Sprague Coolidge Auditorium in the Thomas Jefferson
Building, Washington DC
May, 1985
Source: FM unknown generation analog dub.

Lineage: Sony TC-WE8258 cassette deck>TDK SA 90 Cassette>Gina20>
Sound Forge 7.0 (record/edits)>Shntool (SBE check)>CDWave>
FLAC Level 8

Transferred By: Drew51
Edited By: Drew51

Line Up:
Barli Nugent: flute
Claudia Coonce: oboe
David Krakauer: clarinet
Timothy Ward: bassoon
Kaitilin Mahony: french horn

Set list:
01 Intro and comments
02 Times Beach III
03 Times Beach II

Notes:
Since this follows the World Premiere. Date must be after
the 8th of May 1985.
Lot's of hiss here, generational and FM. Left as is. EQ/NR to taste.
jean-philippe rameau: 'suite in g' which follows this piece
was not on my tape. Only the Zappa portion. All I have is here.
Frank Zappa was commissioned by the Naumburg Foundation to write a
piece for the Aspen Wind Quintet. The piece was called 'Times Beach'
and premiered May 8th 1985 in NYC.

I'm sure Flambay is going to put the audience version of the world premiere up too, so watch for that one, it's a different performance!!

IMHO these guys do a great job, i have not listened in a long time to the EM version, but these guys just nail this! It's a must have if you like the classical side of Zappa. We don't hear this piece that often! grab it!

The New York world premiere audience version is now available here:

I agree, both versions are a "must grab".

Thanks Drew for the FM version seeded here.

Hey, this is a hell of a performance!!! Did FZ get to hear them playing the piece? How come they never recorded it? This is amazing!

Many thanks Drew, and thanks Thing-Chris for re-opening the seed!

I'm not sure, but if Gail wants to hear all she has to do is ask Rolling Eyes
