So you've got Roxy Soundtrack, DMT, and a 73 band album. What next?

Funny, I also just relistened to the 1975 04 26 show. Not as experimental as some other shows from this tour but I liked FZ's solos in Carolina Hardcore Ecstasy and Montana. It sounds like they didn't rehearse Camarillo much and Bozzio had trouble hearing the rhythm of FZ's guitar intro correctly. There is a similar mistake the next night in Boston, but not as bad.

What would be nice is if the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office would give all the tapes they confiscated from Frank back to the ZFT. But they (I'm sure) ended up in the nearest dumpster when they felt like it. All those lost reels...shame.

One Size Fits all in 5.1 (DVD-A MLP). 1974 shows that FZ recorded in multi-track quad too. Any.

Anything FZ did with "the hoop" in 6 channel (somehow getting it to 7.1 or 5.1), Ensemble Modern, the Chieftains, Huun Huur Tuu (and I second the motion for Dance Me This).

Rage and The Fury. With bonus DVD video footage of the sessions with FZ conducting "on a good day".

Barring that, I'd love to see some rare video, the un-released footage of the 10th anniversary band "on the road" and doing skits (like the restaurant scene FZ talks about in the May 1974 NME article), the Nordegg video from 1982, and the pro-shot Madrid 1988 show.

I'll stop there.

In 2013, the Zappa Family Trust released 60 masters.

We made a deal with Universal Music to distribute Frank’s masters. Frank made 65 (albums) that were released in his lifetime or close to it that were distributed. So those are the ones that we redid. Many of which we remastered. Then we have since released a number of albums. The 100th will actually turn out to be the one Frank actually made which is “Dance Me This.”

Certainly is - and not just the Dance Me This bit, though that is exciting.

Gail seems different, in a good way. Maybe she has found a little peace after (ALMOST) scratching off her list some major projects: The orig catalog, 200 Motels, Roxy (soon!), DMT (soon!). I think it is fair to say she can pass onto the other side knowing she DID IT. Frankly, I've bitched at her many a time, but I sure as heck wouldn't want her responsibilities.

I read somewhere (or seen?) that there is a video of the development of "jesus think you're a jerk" during rehearsals. Was it in a Keneally interview?

I really like to see that ... this must be a really enlightening thing to see.

Sorry if this was mentioned before.

FZ mentioned it during the 1989 Society Pages interview.

I'd like to see something like a continuation of the YCDTOSA series to highlight the unique / outstanding moments of live material that exist in the vault. Complete shows are a nice luxury but with a few exceptions most of the touring lineups are well documented now so there's going to be some diminishing returns releasing more complete shows. Not at all opposed to some complete shows but I think one-off singles / anthology type releases would be more interesting at this point.
