Snopes and Drew51 have recently shared a collection of outtakes included some uncirculated material. This is the most significant part of it, including what sounds like one and a half potential LP sides mixed and edited by FZ around the time of Tinseltown Rebellion. It includes two fall 1980 FZ solos sounding rather different in these mixes/edits compared to what we have had on unofficial tapes, and "Dangerous Kitchen" and "Jazz Discharge Party Hats" without the Vai acoustic guitar overdubs.

Listening to this, I think it's some sort of radio broadcast. All of the dirty words are censored, and some of the between-song editing is very crude, as though parts have been chopped out. It also seems that some of the material on "Remington Electric Razor" is lifted directly from these same tapes (the tacked-on drum beats before and coda after "Night Owl" are indicators), and it seems that "Remington" might have also been part of a radio program. It's very interesting, but I don't think it was intended for an LP project. And perhaps more importantly, it SOUNDS like a radio broadcast to me.
Oh, and a helpful tip for those who might be trying to idenifty the unknown "Pound"...I beleive Frank recorded Poughkeepsie and Stonybrook as well so it could be one of those if it doesn't match any of the NYC performances.
