I visited a friend who owns Crush All Boxes side 1 acetate. The disc did not have any labels, but it was housed in a Kendun sleeve.
Here are some pictures |

I was looking for a recording dates before i posted the pictures, but I couldn't find any.
But I remember something about Crush All Boxes supposed to be a late 1980 release. |

"Easy Meat" was recorded 4/29/80 and the rest of the album was recorded during the summer.

The jacket looks legit. I used to own a few Kendum test pressings. I think though they had labels on the test pressings. It should have a queue sheet with it. I would not buy it without one.

But the album wasn't recorded yet on 2/16/80. Hmmm.... |
Also telling is the format. I wouldn't even know that was a date in 1980.
It should read 2/16/80. Kendun was out of California.

I suppose it's possible that it was really pressed on 2/16/81 and whoever wrote the date on the acetate screwed up...

We also know the album was finished by October 1980 when FZ played it on the radio on some early stops on the fall tour, but then it disappeared and Tinseltown Rebellion appeared instead by May 1981. Adding to the mystery, I think Ike Willis and Arthur Barrow have both said they never knew of this album.

Oh nice. A copy with the correct track listing. Also didn't know that the copy I snatched on another site is in the wrong speed, so props for that too.
